CRYOGENIC ENGINE CE 20
Cryogenic engine CE 20 is india's first gas generator engine . The engine produces a nominal thrust of 200 KN , but has an operating thrust range between 180 to 220 KN .The combustion chamber burns liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen at 6 mpa . ISRO tested CE 20 on Apr 28 2015 at mahendragiri test facility and had successful duration of 635 seconds . It was again tested for endurance nearly 800 seconds at mahendrgiri complex .
